- A Return Authorization must be obtained before returning any products. To obtain an "RA" please "contact us" at Natterbugs.com and include your reason(s) and need to return products
- Products should be returned within 7 days of the date they were shipped out.
- You must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials
- S&H fees are refunded only if the product is defective, or was mis-shipped by Natterbugs
- Credit will always be issued to the same method of payment to which they were charged
- We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle
